Managing organizations is one of the most complex, multidimensional, sensitive, and challenging fields. Each day, the job of the manager becomes more complex, difficult, accompanied by new challenges, tasks, and problems caused by many known and unknown factors. One of these challenges is managing and dealing with the Millennial Generation or as it also known (Generation Y). Generation Y differs from Generation X - people born in the 1960s and 70s, ending in the late 1970s to early 80s, usually not later than 1982. The Millennial Generation is shaped by different factors including the educational process, technology, social issues, traits, opinions, and they grew up in the most advancement the world has ever known. Therefore, they have different values, work ethics, attitude, and aspirations.
This imperatively necessitates that managers today must possess - beside sufficient knowledge on management, technical, administrative, problem-solving, decision-making, and human relations skills - certain knowledge on how to manage and deal with this young generation.
This training course is designed for managers, supervisors and team leaders so they can understand the 'WHATs' and 'HOWs' about dealing with Gen. 'Y'.
